Application
Trifluoroiodomethane can be used as semiconductor etching gas, Electrical Equipment Insulation, arc extinguishing gas, extinguishing agent and refrigerant, etc. In addition, trifluoroiodomethane can also interact with organometallic reagents, it is an important fluorine-containing intermediates of introducing fluoro-methyl in organic synthesis.
